Militia at the Pechersk Lavra

The Pechersk Lavra (Caves Monastery) is one of the most beautiful tourist spots in Ukraine, and a religious holding of the Russian Patriarchy. Here you can see police officers walking outside one building in the Lavra complex. Buses from Donetsk and police were everywhere.

Pro-Opposition Chorus

If you look closely at the choir singing outside one of entrances to the Lavra grounds, you can see the ladies in the back are wearing opposition orange ribbons. In actuality, they all are, the rest are just not visible.

The Metropolitan from the Ukrainian Patriarchy was the first to speak at the Rally on Maidan.
