Florian is a German graduate student who visited Kyiv in mid-April as part of his research on political science paper he will be writing on the Orange Revolution. He was accompanied by two fellow students - Heike and Jans. I will try to get a copy of his paper up on the site (though I don't know how many German readers I have)
