Lytvyn Bloc spokesperson (but note that this is from Oct. 1), said Bloc will decide in part based on campaign platform and promises from political parties, noting that "За його словами, деякі із обіцянок мають відверто руйнівний характер щодо цілих систем життєдіяльності країни. «Ми не хочемо стати заручниками ситуації, коли нас будуть примушувати виконувати нездійсненні або навіть абсурдні обіцянки», - підкреслив він." In his words, some promises clearly a ruinous character to the whole system of everyday life in the country. "We do not want to become guarntees in a situation where we will be forced to fulfill illegal or absurd promises", he emphasized. (UNIAN)

    For me there sounds like there are alot of potential outs which could be used as reasons for the cameras, whatever choice is made.  

Tymoshenko (from Oct. 2) is not against the inclusion of Lytvyn Bloc (UNIAN) to BYT+OU-PSD. Also in speaking to the press after having had a meeting with President Yushchenko, "І тому ми домовились про наступні речі: одразу після оголошення попередніх результатів ЦВК для того, щоб мати впевнену базу для формування влади, ми починаємо формування уряду, і одразу після того починаємо формування усіх керівних посад, складу всієї виконавчої влади." "And that is why we agreed about the following items: right after the announcement of the preliminary results from CEC, on which we would have a firm claim to formulate power, we will begin forming the government and right after that will begin formulating all leadership positions, composition of all executive power." "У Партії регіонів вважають, що Блок Юлії Тимошенко і блок «Наша Україна - Народна Самооборона» рано почали святкувати і заявляти про те, що вони самі сформують уряд країни.' In PoR consider that Tymoshenko Bloc and Our Ukraine-People's Self Defense started celebrating early and talk about that they themselves (meaning PoR) will form government in Ukraine. (UNIAN)

Symonenko leader of Communist Party initiates proceedings to examine the election return (recount) while in Kyiv Socialists report  that 60 votes were stolen from them.  

Morning of Oct. 3, before official results were released, PM Yanukovych stated at opening of Parliament, "

“Our voters assessed certain politicians and political forces, and this assessment must be taken into account in future and respected”, the Prime Minister said. Victor Yanukovych is confident that politicians must provide the unity of the country and stability of the situation. “We should not look for enemies in the country. We should look for allies and unite around concrete affairs”, the Prime Minister said." (UNIAN)

   Does this mean that there will be no future PoR+CPU+SPU unified coalition as mentioned during vote count? Is Moroz being cut loose from the coalition? And what does "We should not look for enemies in the country..." mean? Is it in regards to reports of attempts to falsify voting results?
