Is That the Best You've Got?

I've been out of touch a little while because Lesya and I were in Poland going through the final steps (of a 9-month process) to get her a visa. Well break out the champagne, because we got it. Now she and I can take an extended visit to the US (probably one year) and introduce her to all my grandparents and cousins and friends out there.

I have a couple fun pictures from Poland that I'll post as soon as possible. Look for them Saturday.

Now, where were we...

One bit of news that I've found amusing recently is the chilling news that the opposition is now calling for the impeachment of Yushchenko:

KYIV. April 28 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian public movement For Ukraine Without Yushchenko! has called for impeachment proceedings against President Viktor Yushchenko.

"Yushchenko's actions, behavior and a number of statements raise doubts about his ability to perform his duties due to poor health," Oleksandr Hryakov, head of the Union of Small and Medium-Scale Entrepreneurs and Artisans of the Donetsk Region, told reporters in Kyiv on Thursday.

Dang, they can't even come up with an original name, so they have to recycle the old Ukraine Without Kuchma. And the worst they have to impeach him with is that, based on some unspecified statements, they, his sworn enemies, doubt his abilities and health.

It's like having a severely mentally retarded person try to pick a fight with you. Sure you could beat the crap out of him, but you're just too embarrassed to want to.
