but it is for subscribers only) Kyiv Post crows about the purchase of
Ukraine's Aval Bank (one of the biggest) by Austrian Raiffeisen Bank.
This is big money and a big deal and if it goes through all transparent
and nice it will really help Ukraine speed up the pace towards more
competition and those European standards people talk about.
I will look for more information on this deal, but for now, I'm just going to add my voice to theirs.
